Product Overview
This 29-inch TPU inner tube is intended for riders who want a lightweight setup without choosing an extreme race-only option.
It fits ETRTO 622 rims and mountain bike tires from 2.0 to 2.3 inches wide. The 65g weight makes it suitable for cross-country routes, everyday trail riding and longer off-road sessions. It can be installed as the main tube or packed into a saddle bag, frame bag or repair kit as a compact spare.

Features
65g Balanced Weight
This model is light enough to reduce unnecessary wheel weight but remains practical for regular mountain bike use. It suits riders who care about efficiency without building the bike solely around the lowest possible weight.
Fits Popular 29-Inch Tires
The 2.0–2.3-inch range covers many common XC and trail tire sizes. Always check the size printed on the tire sidewall before installation.
Easier to Carry
TPU takes up less storage space than a typical butyl tube. That matters on longer rides, especially when tools, a pump and other essentials already compete for limited room.
Three Ways Riders Use It
On the Bike
For riders still using inner tubes, this model offers a lighter replacement for a standard butyl tube. It is well matched to 29er hardtails, XC bikes and trail bikes fitted with tires no wider than 2.3 inches.
In a Repair Kit
A spare tube is only useful when it actually comes along. The folded TPU construction leaves more room for tire levers, plugs, a multitool or a compact pump.
On Longer Routes
Remote forest roads and long cross-country loops can leave riders far from assistance. Carrying a compatible backup is a simple precaution, even when the bike is normally run tubeless.

Fitting a TPU Tube
Start by inspecting the inside of the tire and checking that the rim tape fully covers the spoke holes. Any sharp edge left in the wheel can damage the replacement tube.
Introduce just enough air for the tube to become round, then place it evenly inside the tire. Avoid pulling or stretching it into position. When closing the tire bead, check both sides of the rim to make sure no section of the tube is trapped.
Inflate slowly after installation. TPU tubes should never be inflated freely outside a tire because they are designed to expand within the support of the tire casing.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does it work with a 29×2.25 tire?
Yes. A 2.25-inch tire falls within the specified 2.0–2.3-inch range, provided the rim diameter is 622mm.
2. Can it be carried for a tubeless bike?
Yes. It can serve as an emergency tube when a tubeless puncture cannot be repaired on the trail.
3. What rim does the 48mm valve fit?
FV48 is suitable for most conventional MTB rim profiles. Measure the rim depth if the wheel uses an unusually deep section.
4. Can I use it in a 29×2.4 tire?
A 2.4-inch tire is outside the stated range. Choose a wider MTB tube instead.
5. Is 65g the exact weight of every tube?
It is the nominal model weight. Any tolerance shown on the published page should follow the final production specification.
