Product Overview
This model fits 27.5-inch tires between 2.3 and 2.5 inches wide. That covers many of the tire sizes used on modern trail and all-mountain bikes.
It can be installed as the everyday tube or packed as a spare for a tubeless setup. TPU folds much smaller than butyl, so the tube fits easily into a frame bag or tool roll without taking up much room.
Both 48mm and 65mm Presta valves are available.

On the Trail
As an Everyday Tube
The 2.3–2.5-inch size range works well with many trail bike setups. Lower rotating weight can also make the bike feel a little quicker when accelerating or climbing.
As a Tubeless Backup
Sealant cannot repair every puncture. A damaged valve, large cut or torn tire may still require an inner tube. This TPU tube packs small enough to carry regularly, rather than being left at home because it takes up too much space.
For Longer Rides
On remote routes, reliability matters more than saving the last few grams. The reinforced construction makes this model a more practical choice for long trail rides and mountain bike tours.
TPU and Butyl: The Practical Difference
A normal butyl MTB tube is affordable and familiar, but it is often bulky and heavy. TPU reduces both the packed size and the weight.
At approximately 70g, this tube is easier to carry and adds less weight to the wheel. For riders with tubeless tires, the smaller folded size may be the biggest advantage-it leaves more space for plugs, tire levers, tools and a compact pump.

Valve Options
Choose the Right Valve Length
FV48 works with most standard MTB rims, while FV65 provides extra valve clearance for deeper rim profiles.
Check your rim depth before ordering to make sure enough of the valve remains exposed for easy inflation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit a 27.5×2.6 tire?
We recommend using it only within the stated 2.3–2.5-inch range. A wider model would be a safer choice for a 2.6-inch tire.
Can it replace a normal butyl tube?
Yes. It can be used as the main inner tube as long as the tire size, rim and valve are compatible.
Is it only intended as an emergency spare?
No. It works for regular riding as well as tubeless backup use.
Which valve should I order?
FV48 suits most standard MTB rims. FV65 is available when a longer valve stem is needed.
Can we order it under our own brand?
Yes. Private-label tubes and custom packaging are available. Tell us your required quantity, market and packaging style, and we can suggest a suitable solution.
